Collaboration with Thames and Hudson publishing – Sasha, marketing executive of Thames and Hudson Australia, approached me a few weeks ago, asking if i would take part in a baking challenge for, “The Art of Cake”, a book by  a Melbourne based artist Alice Oehr.


I received the book, and with a flick through the pages, I knew instantly, that the cake I would bake, would be a Raspberry Lemonade Sponge cake.     I had the pleasure of trying the new 2020 biscuits from NazzyBaker. Not only did it look incredible on the outside but also tasted delicious on the inside. So moist and rich! I also adored the Men in Black themed macrons, I honestly had no idea that macrons can look that amazing! Very cleverly crafted desserts! It’s a talent!
